Will they EVER learn??
I am ready to give up and declare to the whole wide world that my niece (STINKY #2) and nephew (STINKY #1) are totally, completely, utterly hopeless.
SIGH......
Since I knew there was no getting away from the TWO STINKIES, I thought I might as well teach them something useful (since I am the wise one). I wanted to give them the tools for them to at least mature into socially acceptable Airedale beings. So I taught them what I thought was one of the most important things about being an Airedale.
They were calm and paying attention, so I started with my lesson:
You have to locate the "SOURCE" - how many times have I told you that?
Once you have located your "SOURCE" - you have to say "I found it!" out loud
Make sure you say "I found it" a few times from a few different angles so everypup/hooman knows it's YOURS - very important
Once you have declared it YOURS - it's ACTION time!!
I was so focused on giving my lesson, I forgot to pay attention to my students - the STINKIES. They seemed pretty good in the beginning when they just sat and listened to me, so who knew??
I turned around, this is what I saw!
(and they wonder why I don't want to sleep on MY bed????)
Me, being the wise, the perfect, the responsible, the smart Aunt; I couldn't bare to just stand there while I watch my own niece and nephew destroy their futures just like that. So yes, I gave my best shot at salvaging the two STINKIES.
I got STINKY #1's attention for a bit,
STINKY #2 showed me her butt when I tried to talk to her!!
Here is a video that basically summarizes what I went through trying to teach those STINKIES. Yes, I got so frustrated I wanted to leave home.... I just don't believe they are related to me.... HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??
(please ignore my mum's comments, she had no idea I was trying to TEACH the STINKIES. And please excuse our SUPER messy counter, mum won't let me help her clean up (by eating all the junk ya know..hehe))
GRADES? Do I even need to bother?? They just know how to mess up the WHOLE place!
Will they EVER be able to reach their fullest potential as Airedales Terrorists??

Oh, those stinkies are just not listening to you are they? Maybe they need some little whipping from your muscle tail ha? I can see why you're sooo frustrated over them both & I understand why their grades are so bad! Hehehe...It's ok. Maybe you need to be stricter with them both or maybe stinkies are just not meant to learn anything besides playing & messing up the whole place. LOL!

I think you should give them hands on practical test before giving out rates. Perhaps Stalla has already learned all those things that you are trying to teach her? Dun give out a "F" to her just like that. Can she have a retest or something?

I'm speechless (rare, I know). I think it might be useless to try to teach them together. Your best bet may be to continue training Jaffaman (since you've already passed on some good stuff to him), and let him train Stella. Or, maybe you can train Stella once you're done with Jaffa.
It looks to me like Stella gives you a wide berth. She won't even go near you. I think she's a little intimidated by the greatness of her aunt, and she feigns indifference to cover it up. I may be wrong, but I think I'm onto something there.
You are the best aunt these stinkies could ever have. Give it a little time. You're so patient, I know you can afford to.

Woh, both of them were playing and no paying attention to you when you're giving them lessons. I would listen to whatever lessons you give if you'll teach me

You nag them a lot... my big brother herbie doesn't nag at me, and now that he's sick, he doesn't even wanna play with me.
I think what you are facing is what is known as a lost cause. I gave up a lOOONG time ago on the doofus.
Those Stinkies really seem to enjoy each others company. Maybe when they get older, you can teach them something. I think your grading was fair considering their performance in your class :)
